The video below explains the results of a UNICEF study about malnutrition among the Samburu. As drought persists in the region, it becomes increasingly difficult for Samburu families to get enough food. Women and children, in particular, are at risk. Watch the video for further details.

Hi! My name is Amanda Wonson. In July 2006, I had the adventure of a lifetime traveling to Kenya with Earthwatch Institute. As a Massachusetts teacher who received an Education Fellowship, I helped researchers study water resources and carnivores.
